Can the bus driver refuse to take the passenger?

Excluding passenger from the trip
Coach crew can refuse to take or exclude a passenger from the trip, even though the passenger has a valid ticket. Reasons of such refusal are specified in company's Terms and Conditions.
Bus driver or staff member can refuse to take the passenger if:
- he doesn't have appropriate documents, entitling him to travel
- he acquired the ticket unlawfully or can't prove that the personal details on the ticket are his.
- he is under influence of alcohol or drugs
- he acts in the way that could affect the safety or comfort of other passengers.
