When you buy your bus ticket and the bus company receives the payment, you will receive the ticket on previously given email address, in some cases you can get a link or a code in sms. If you lose your ticket, you can use the instructions given in the email or sms to reprint your ticket. You can also contact your bus company's office and ask if it's ok to have the ticket on electronic device.
