What should I do if I did not receive the ticket on my mailbox?
If you're absolutely sure that you have entered the correct email address and made the payment, but still you didn't receive your ticket, please check your spam folder or contact your bus company.
Didn't receive my ticket
When you fill purchase form, you're obliged to give an email address on which you'll receive, just after the payment, your bus ticket or a code to manage it. If you've paid for the ticket, but still didn't receive it, please check your spam or any other folder first. If it still can't be found anywhere on your mailbox, please contact your bus company.
