What kind of luggage can I take?

Passenger has the right to a free transport of his luggage. The amount, size and weight are determined by the bus company. Usually, carrier's allow to carry one or two pieces of standard baggage and one hand bag. Extra luggage is a subject to additional fee and is accepted only if there is enough space in the luggage compartment. Standard and additional luggage

Each passenger is entitled to a free carriage (included in fare) of specified amount and size of luggage. Extra baggage can be a subject to additional fee, which is determined by the bus company and the luggage is accepted only if there is enough space in luggage compartment. The acceptable amount, size and weight of luggage may depend on company, route, destination country or actual carrier's offer.

National Express

You are allowed to carry up to two medium-sized (height 70 cm, width 30 cm, depth 45 cm and 30 kg in weight) suitcases and one piece of hand bag.

Flixbus

When you travel with Flixbus, you are free to carry up to two medium-sized (height 67 cm, width 50 cm, depth 27 cm and combined weight of 30 kg) suitcases. You're also allowed to take one item of hand luggage (height 42 cm, width 30 cm, depth 18 cm, weight 7 kg).

Eurolines France

If you're travelling with French Eurolines, you can carry up to two medium-sized suitcases each weighing up to 20 kg. Your luggage mustn't exceed the sum of 170 cm of the 3 measurements (length + width + depth). You can also take one piece of hand luggage.

Eurolines Switzerland

While travelling with Eurolines Switzerland, you're allowed to take up to two medium-sized suitcases with total weight of 40 kg. Your luggage must not exceed the sum of 170 cm of the 3 measurements (length + width + depth). One hand bag is also allowed to take on board of the bus.

Sindbad company

If you're travelling with Sindbad company then you're allowed to take 2 pieces of standard luggage (suitcase, travel bag, backpack) with a total weight up to 30 kg and free of charge. This doesn't apply to services to and from Italy, Czech Republic, Austria, Slovenia and Greece, where you can take only one piece of luggage weighing up to 25 kg. You can also take one hand bag weighing up to 5 kg.

Ecolines

Each passenger travelling with Ecolines has the right to take three pieces of standard luggage (suitcase, travel bag, backpack) with a total weight of 30 kg and a volume not exceeding 0,2 m³ and one hand bag weighing up to 5 kg.

Eurolines Poland

Eurolines Poland (Madeltrans) allows to carry 2 pieces of luggage (suitcase, travel bag, backpack) with a weight up to 20 kg each and free of charge. Passenger can also take one hand bag weighing up to 5 kg.
