Apart from my ticket, do I need any other documents during my journey?
Besides valid ticket, passengers travelling on international routes ought to have documents allowing them to pass through transit countries or enter destination country. If a passenger bought a discount ticket, he also should have a document entitling him to travel with such ticket.
Necessary documents during your journey
Apart from valid bus ticket, passengers travelling on international routes ought to have documents allowing them to pass through transit countries or enter destination country. This also applies to all children regardless of their age. Depending on the type of route, transit and destination countries, the following may be required: ID card, passport, entry visa or any other document required by local law.
If you bought a discount ticket you should have appropriate document, entitling you to take benefit from this discount. For example if it's a senior discount, please remember to take any document confirming you're over 60 such as ID card or passport. For a student discount, bring your student or ISIC card. Tickets bought within loyalty program deals require carrying a Loyalty Card.
If you're travelling with your pet, don't forget its documents as well. Passport, valid veterinary examinations or microchip certificate may be required.
